Typhoon Is Nestled In at 120 Kettle Creek Road Toms River NJ 08753 (Silverton Section)
Our facility is fenced and secure with an electric gate that closes down at night and in the winter hours is closed on Sunday. We also have a 20 Ton Travel lift On site to provide you with In and Out Storage in The Summer Months.

Due To Insurance Reasons There Will Be NO Outside Contractors Allowed To Perform Any Type Of Work On Said Vessels. This Includes Shrink Wrap

*Winter Storage Rules and Regulations*
1) The Customer agrees to leave all Keys, batteries and sufficent tie lines with boat prior to turning vessel over to Typhoon for winter storage. The Customer understands that an additional fee will be assessed if Keys and Batteries are not on board
:Please Note: Keys may be left with Typhoon Service Department.
2) Although the price includes Spring Launch this does not include: Bottom Painting, engine oil, oil flter, additional repairs, installation of new equipment and inspection of mechanical systems (INCLUDING BILGE PUMP) Customers in need of this work must make a separate request to our service department in the spring.
3) All porta-potties, self-contained heads and holding tanks are the boat owner's responsibility and must be emptied prior to winterization and storage
(If Head Has To Be Emptied By Typhoon There Will Be an Additional Fee Of $275.00)
4) Customer agrees to pay 2% per month surcharge on all outstanding balances not paid within the guidelines set forth in the payment terms below.
5) Customer will be held responsible for all legal fees incurred by Typhoon Service Center in attempting to collect outstanding depts resulting from the work authorized by the customer outlined with this contract.
6) Typhoon Service Center Shop Rate Is $110.00 Per Hour
*Winter Storage Payment Terms*
The Customer agrees to pay 50% of the total cost upon signing of the "Winter Storage" contract. The remaining 50% will be due when the boat is hauled out. Typoon Service Center reserves the right to submiy any outstanding balance not paid within te period to the customer's provided credit card for payment.
REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD, ALL CUSTOMERS NOT PAYING IN FULL AT THE SIGNING OF THIS CONTRACT, WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO TYPHOON SERVICE CENTER BEFORE WORK SPECIFIED IS SCHEDULED, FAILER TO DO SO WILL VOID THIS CONTRACT.
ALL VESSELS MUST BE REMOVED BY MAY 31 2009 OR SUMMER STORAGE CHARGES WILL APPLY
